Doncaster Knights RFC install sanitisation tunnel to give players extra protection against COVID-19

Sanitisation tunnel at sports venues

The Knights are the first club in the RFU Championship to install the new Gateway Personal Protection Tunnel in a major step to protect players and staff when live sports and events return to Castle Park. The tunnel sprays them with a sanitising solution that deactivates COVID-19 and other viruses present on skin and clothes.

In the article above, Christian Pearce, Commercial Director of Gateway PPT says: “The Gateway PPT provides Doncaster Knights’ players, staff members and families with the peace of mind that they are doing everything they can to protect themselves and others against COVID-19. We are hopeful that in the not so distant future the Gateway PPT will be used by clubs across the league to welcome fans back to watch their favourite team live.”
